This notice explains how Staffordshire Pointing uses the details you provide through this website's quotation form.
Information collected
When you request a quotation, we collect your name, contact details, property address, postcode, description of the work, preferred contact time, property photographs and the location you select on the map, including its what3words address and coordinates.
Why we use it
We use this information to assess your enquiry, prepare or discuss a quotation, contact you about the requested work and manage our customer records. We rely on your consent to process the enquiry you submit through this form. Separate marketing communications are sent only where you have opted in.
Where it is kept
Enquiries and selected photographs are sent securely to our customer relationship system, Salesforce, so authorised members of the Staffordshire Pointing team can manage the request. We do not sell your personal information.
Amending an enquiry
Your quotation confirmation email may include a signed, time-limited link that lets you send an update against that specific enquiry without creating an account. The link does not display your original personal details. Updates are recorded with the secure enquiry record for team review. If a link expires, you can reply to the confirmation email or contact us using the details above.
Local form drafts
If you start a quotation request without submitting it, the form can save a draft, including selected photographs and any marked-up problem areas, only in the browser on the device you are using. This helps prevent accidental loss after a refresh. It is not sent to Staffordshire Pointing unless you submit the form, it expires after seven days and you can remove it using the Clear control on the form. Avoid saving a draft on a shared or public device.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to the request, manage any resulting work and meet applicable operational or legal record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent for future processing where consent applies. To make a request, contact us using the details above. You can also opt out of marketing at any time.
Updates to this notice
We may update this notice when the way we collect or use quotation information changes. The current version is published on this page.
